LPF Kiddies Clubs mission is to work in partnership with you the parents to support and encourage your children to meet their fullest potential. We provide lots of age appropriate opportunities for children to learn and have fun at the same time. We provide you with a professional service from the moment you enquire about a place for your child with us. When you decide to book a place at LPF Kiddies Club you will be sent relevant information including details of the admissions and fees policy and you will be informed as to whether there is currently a suitable place for your child. If there is a place available for your child they will be invited to come and speak to members of our team.

 

If you agree to abide by all the terms and conditions of admission, including the level of fees and arrangements for payment you will then be asked to complete and sign registration and medical forms to confirm your child’s place. It is vital that you notify the Club about the places you need in advance of the club starting to guarantee your child’s place. Children who have not been booked in or registered will not be able to attend any of our School Holiday clubs or Saturday School events or activities.

 

We can guarantee you the parents affordable, quality School Holiday and Saturday school provision with ongoing peace of mind. We offer a programme of long term, personalised and consistent support which includes birthday cards, photos and Christmas presents. We aim to achieve good social relationships with our Clubs children and adults that last a lifetime.

Our team looks forward to providing an enriching summer educational opportunity for the children and their families in the communities of Abbey woods, Thamesmead Woolwich and Plumstead.

About our Payment Schedule

 

We require minimum deposit of 50% of the total cost of your childs programe fees to be paid at the time of booking your childs holiday program unless otherwise stated before your child will be able to attend our School Holiday Club and Saturday School programs. 

 

The total balance of the entire cost of your childs fees must be paid in full by the start of the holiday program.

 

All prices are subject to change from the 1st January each year. The above charges MUST be paid in advance.

No refunds will be given in the event of absence.
